Lustre started with a simple observation: the arrival of food is the best moment of any shoot day, and it deserves better than a foil tray.

We're a Sydney kitchen that cooks exclusively for productions. That means we plan around call sheets, not café hours. We build menus that hold up across a five-day shoot. And we deliver to a window, not a suburb — because we know what it costs a production when lunch is late.

Studio or location, five crew or thirty, our job is the same: food that brings the set together, then gets everyone back to work refuelled.
